Audio Field owns the Audio Field recordings, Sound Libraries, written content, photographs, and other original material presented on this website, except where another owner or source is identified. All rights not expressly granted remain with Audio Field or the identified rights holder.

A licence to use Audio Field sounds does not transfer ownership or authorship of those sounds. A user must not claim ownership or authorship of Audio Field recordings.

Audio Field presents its commercial Sound Libraries on this website. The current purchase links take visitors to the external A Sound Effect platform, where purchase and delivery take place. Audio Field does not provide an internal cart, checkout, payment processor, customer account, order history, or paid-file delivery system on this website.

Any terms shown by A Sound Effect for its platform, transaction, or delivery apply as stated there. These website terms do not reproduce, replace, or add unverified contractual details to A Sound Effect’s terms.

Where an Audio Field commercial Sound Library is supplied under Audio Field’s historically established licence, the licensed sounds may be used on a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free basis as incorporated into projects, subject to the licence terms accompanying the library and any applicable purchase terms on the external platform.

Historically permitted projects include film, television, video games, music, podcasts, radio, art installations, applications, websites, and similar media productions. The sounds may be incorporated and synchronised with other media in commercial or non-commercial projects without attribution to Audio Field, where the applicable library licence confirms those rights.

The applicable licence accompanying a commercial Sound Library controls if it differs from this summary. This page does not state purchase, delivery, refund, or account conditions for A Sound Effect.

Licensed sounds must not be distributed, performed, sold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, repackaged, or made available as raw or standalone sounds. They must not be offered in another sound library, soundboard, media-authoring tool, hardware product, or similar product where the sounds are not incorporated and synchronised with a wider production.

A licensee must not use, modify, or package the sounds with the intention of asserting ownership or authorship. Backup and working copies may be made only to the extent permitted by the licence accompanying the relevant commercial Sound Library.

Audio Field does not currently publish one complete, universal licence covering every Free Sound collection. Any specific usage or licensing information displayed with an individual Free Sound collection applies only to that collection. Wording on one collection must not be assumed to apply to another collection.

Unless a collection expressly states otherwise, these terms do not grant additional rights to use, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or claim ownership of its files.

Where a commercial Sound Library is licensed under Audio Field’s established licence, the right to use it terminates if the licensee breaches that licence. On termination, the licensee must stop using the library and delete or destroy copies as required by the applicable licence.

The website links to or embeds services operated by third parties, including A Sound Effect, Google Drive, SoundCloud, and YouTube. Audio Field does not control those services and does not state terms for them. Visitors should review the terms supplied by the relevant external service before using it or completing a transaction.

Audio Field does not guarantee that the website or an external service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Audio Field is not liable for indirect loss, loss of business, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of the website or Audio Field sounds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms and any claim arising from or connected with them are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
