Privacy Policy

Some Free Sound collections ask for a valid email address before showing their download links. Audio Field records the email address together with the identifier of the collection requested.

The form also offers an optional marketing-consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default, is not required for download access, and the selected consent value is stored. When consent is given, the time at which it was recorded is also stored. This consent is not currently connected to an active newsletter or marketing-email delivery system, so submitting it does not mean that newsletters are presently being sent.

These records are stored through Lovable Cloud. Audio Field does not create a public user account, order history, or permanent login as part of this process.

After a successful submission, the website uses sessionStorage in the browser to remember that access has been granted for that collection during the current browser session. This session value is used only to show the relevant download links and is not a permanent account or authentication record.

Free Sound files are currently provided through links to Google Drive. Google receives information associated with the visitor’s request only when the visitor follows a download link. Audio Field does not record whether Google ultimately serves the file.

The Contact page does not contain a contact form. It provides email and telephone links only, and the website does not store contact-form submissions. If you contact Audio Field using your own email or telephone service, that communication is handled through those services rather than a website form.

SoundCloud previews do not load automatically when a page first opens. The SoundCloud player and official Widget API are loaded only after a visitor chooses Play, and playback is not set to autoplay before that action. SoundCloud may then receive technical information associated with providing the stream under its own privacy practices.

Some pages contain lazy-loaded videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed. These videos do not autoplay. Unlike the SoundCloud previews, they are not click-to-load: the embedded player may contact YouTube and related Google services when it approaches the visible part of the page, before the visitor presses Play. Those services handle the resulting information under their own privacy practices.

Audio Field presents commercial Sound Libraries, but the purchase links lead to the external A Sound Effect platform. Audio Field does not operate an internal cart, checkout, payment processor, paid-file delivery system, or customer-account system on this website. Information provided after following an A Sound Effect link is handled by that external platform under its own terms and privacy practices.

Other external links, including Google Drive, SoundCloud, and YouTube, take visitors to or load services controlled by third parties. Audio Field is not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services. Visitors should review the information supplied by the relevant service.

The current website does not use an analytics system, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or an active newsletter or marketing-email delivery system. It does not use an external runtime font service; the website fonts are served with the site.

Audio Field uses the access controls provided by its current website and data-storage systems to restrict direct public access to Free Sound download records. No method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Audio Field retains Free Sound access and consent records only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable obligations. No fixed retention period has currently been established. Retention practices will be updated when a specific period is adopted rather than stating an unsupported duration here.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and to withdraw marketing consent. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not affect Free Sound download access.

To make a privacy-related request, including a request concerning a stored Free Sound email address or marketing-consent choice, email contact@audio-field.com. Audio Field may need enough information to identify the relevant record and respond to the request.

This policy may be updated when the website’s verified practices change or when additional required publisher information becomes available. The published version on this page describes the current implementation.
